Working for ISB means being part of a global community. As part of our team you will be working alongside staff members from over 10 different countries. Around 65% of our colleagues are teachers, teaching assistants, and learning support assistants; the remainder work in non-teaching roles; the ages range from 20- 70 years old and the average length of service is seven years.
ISB welcomes applications from qualified teachers. Although the majority of our staff trained in the UK we value the experience teachers trained in other educational systems can bring to the school, especially those with international teaching experience.
Experience in teaching the Cambridge Primary and Secondary Curriculum and the English National Curriculum would be an advantage but we also value applications from teachers willing to adapt and work hard for our students.
We value continuous professional development and staff benefit from a generous budget for CPD. Staff may also benefit from the fitness club organized on a Friday after school or join the school football team.
