  •  Assistant to the Director

We are looking for an assistant to the Director who has:

Knowledge of administrative procedures, computers and relevant software application, customer service principles and practices, keyboard skills.
Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and in English;
Good organization and planning skills and representative performance;
Focus on results, initiative, adaptable and flexible personality;
Professionalism, attention to detail, diligence, loyalty, commitment;
Proactivity, independence in action and stress resistance

Manage a calendar of appointments; organize meetings regarding interviews or appointments
Take meeting notes and prioritize items that need attention
Offer support in inquiries about school
Office activities (copying documents, filing, keeping the office registers, collect and distribute parcels and other mail, editing and writing letters, e-mails, policies a.o, handling of telephone calls, processing and handling of correspondence etc).
Responsible for translating documents and letters, contracts and official documents for services, employment, copyright a.o.
Preparing school report documentation for local, regional, national authorities;
Greet visitors/parents warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Designing and sending feedback forms for ISB workshops;
Administrative and organizational support to the Director of the school, reporting;
Anything else needed in ISB (e.g. Lumina Events, invitations etc)
Assist the manager in the interaction with other departments inside the organization(HR -Centralising extra hours, making sure they are approved and signed before sending to HR, Accounts office -invoices orders and other documents that the accounting may need regarding the orders, KS coordinators and Secondary -Collecting orders each month, )
Finding offers for various orders;
Drafting and negotiating contracts for orders;
Insight layout, proofreading, editing and writing content;
Copywriting – news page articles a.o. ;
Planning and strategies;
Events management;
Concepts for flyers, posters etc;

  • PE Teacher

Job description
- Efectuarea curateniei in salile de clasa ,cancelarie,secretariat,holuri,grupuri sanitare, constind in: maturat si spalat linoleumul,spalat geamuri, pereti , usi, sters praful, aspirat si tot ceea ce mai tine de curatenie.
- Efectuarea curateniei generale in timpul vacantelor scolare
- Sa răspundă la toate solicitările venite din partea superiorilor pentru îndeplinirea unor sarcini conforme fisei postului;
