CURRENT VACANCIES:

  •  Primary Music Teacher

 The International School of Bucharest is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher of Music to teach Primary students from the age of 5 to 11 years old. The position is available from August 2018.

The International School of Bucharest is on a purpose-built campus close to the city so it is possible to live in the city-centre and commute.  The school has a well-established community among staff and students with low staff turnover.  We are looking for a teacher to contribute to an already thriving school community within an experienced department.

You will:

Have experience of teaching Music in a primary school from Kindergarten to Year 6. Experience in teaching and or knowledge and understanding of the English National curriculum and pedagogy would be highly advantageous.

Be highly qualified

Be a highly motivated and talented teacher

Be willing to contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities;

Have a positive attitude to students.

  • Primary  Romanian Teacher

The International School of Bucharest is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher of Romanian Language to teach primary students from the age of 5 to 11 years old. The position is available from August 2018.

  • Assistant to the Director

We are looking for an assistant to the Director who has a knowledge of administrative procedures, computers and relevant software application, customer service principles and practices, keyboard skills;
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and in English;
Good organization and planning skills and representative performance;
Focus on results, initiative, adaptable and flexible personality;
Professionalism, attention to detail, diligence, loyalty, commitment;
Proactivity, independence in action and stress resistance

  • Secondary Geography Teacher

The International School of Bucharest is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Teacher of Geography to teach at Key Stage Three, IGCSE and IB Diploma and also IB Diploma Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS) from August 2018. 

  • Secondary English Teacher

The International School of Bucharest is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Teacher of English to teach English at Key Stage Three, IGCSE Second Language English at Key Stage Four and IB Diploma English B at Key Stage Five from August 2018.

  • Have a positive attitude to students.
